Steve McDonald’s poetry has appeared or is forthcoming in Boulevard, Nimrod, The Atlanta Review, RATTLE, The Crab Creek Review, The Paterson Literary Review, Spillway, Best New Poets 2010, and elsewhere. His chapbook Golden Fish / Dark Pond took first place in The Comstock Review’s 2014 chapbook awards. Individual poems have won awards from Tiferet, Nimrod, Beyond Baroque, and others. In addition to Golden Fish / Dark Pond (Comstock Review 2015), Steve’s books include the full-length collection House of Mirrors (Tebot Bach 2013), and the chapbook Where There Was No Pattern (Finishing Line Press 2007).
